Selection Process for Maharashtra Judiciary 2024
The candidates are selected for MPSC Civil Judge through three stages. These are mentioned below –
- Preliminary Examination
- Mains Examination and

Maharashtra Judiciary Exam Pattern 2024

Preliminary Exam Pattern –
- Preliminary Exam consists of 100 MCQs.
- Each question carries one mark.
- The assessment is conducted in the English Language.
- The exam comprises a single section on legislative law.
- A negative marking of 0.25 marks is also there.
Mains Exam Pattern –
- This exam is a descriptive type exam.
- It consists two papers and each paper is of 100 marks.
- The time duration for each paper is of 3 hours.
- The language of the exam will be in Marathi and English.
Viva-Voce Pattern –
Candidates who got selected in the Maharashtra Civil Judge MAins Exam will be called for this round. In this round a personal interaction will take place between a candidate and interviewers. This round will be of 50 marks.
