The aspirants may get themselves registered on this website as per their course selection. All the
details regarding course duration, registration fees, subjects, course fees, number of classes in a
week, time duration of classroom etc. have been disclosed in the respective course plan.
Schedule of Lecture
The online lecture shall be delivered every day except Sunday and Monday. The duration of online
lecture shall be of 1 hour and at the end of the lecture 15 minutes shall be for queries, if any. The
time duration of the lecture may be increased and decreased on particular day as per faculty

The course fees for every month shall be due on the third day of the same month and user shall
pay it in advance. The users are expected to pay the fees via online only. No cash/cheque/DD are
acceptable.
Non Refundable
The course fees shall be non-refundable.

All the materials or information or images or videos uploaded or displayed on the Judicial Adda
website and lectures delivered by any faculty of Judicial Adda shall be the exclusive property and
copy rights of M/s Judicial Adda (Regd.), New Delhi.
No person is allowed to record or use or send or upload or sell or distribute any of the things as
aforesaid without prior consent of the CEO of Judicial Adda.
Transaction Charges
The user making online payment through payment gateway shall pay the transaction charge as
mentioned by this website.
Applicable GST
The user shall pay the applicable GST from time to time.
Late Fees
The user shall pay the late fees at the rate of Rs. 25 per day. This late fee shall be in continuance
unless the course fees etc. is paid by the user.
Online Payment
This website shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any online payment got
unsuccessful or not processed or for any amount if deducted from user’s bank account and not
credited to website accounts. User’s plan will not be get activated until the full payment for any
plan is received in website accounts.
All online payment made on this website are processed by payment gateway services as provided
by ccavenue.com, the payment gateway is a third party application. Once the order is placed the
user is redirected to the payment gateway to process online payment and this website has no control
over caavenue application. This site shall not be responsible for any misuse or loss or transfer of
user’s card number/ username/ password or any amount or any information whatsoever related to
his bank accounts.
