• Candidates must have 3 years of legal practice. No of years of practice shall be counted from the date of registration in concern State Bar Council.
• Work Experience obtained as a Legal Clerk under any Judicial Magistrate or Officer shall be considered for the purpose of ascertaining no. of years of legal practice.

Age Limit for BPSC Civil Judge Vacancy 2026

Candidates must possess age limits as of the date prescribed by the officials in the official notification according to their respected category. A minimum and maximum age limits are 22 to 35 years respectively. Age relaxation will also apply as per the category of the candidate as mentioned below. Relaxation in case of Reserved Candidates and Unreserved Women.

• For SC/ ST – 40 years
