UPPSC APO Online Notification
Recently the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released an official notification regarding UPPSC APO (Transport) Vacancies. Currently, the number of vacancies for the Combined State/ Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Examination 2025 is about 200. Number of vacancies for the Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF) is 10. So many vacancies have been announced. Among which Assistant Prosecution Officer (Transport) is the one. Online Applications for UP APO has started from 20 February 2025 and the last date for filling online application is 2nd April 2025.
The UPPSC released the notification on 20 February 2025 on its official website. Before filling for the UP APO, the candidates have to make their One Time Registration (OTR). Other details regarding UP APO Exam have been provided below.

Vacancy Details for UPPSC APO

Qualification for UPPSC APO Exam
Interested candidates can check the below mentioned qualifications. These qualifications are subject to the official notification that is yet to be released.
- A degree in law from a recognized university or a qualification recognized by the Governer as equivalent thereto.
- Have a thorough knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari Script.
- A candidate who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or obtained a “B” certificate of NCC shall other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.

Age Limit for UPPSC APO 2025
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 01, 2025. That is, they must have not been born earlier than 2nd July 1985 and not later than July 01, 2004. For PH candidates the maximum age limit is 55 years that is they must have not been born before 02 July 1970.
Pay Scale for UPPSC APO (Transport) Vacancies
The details of the posts to be included in the Combined State/ Upper Subordinate Services Examination carrying the pay scale as per the 6th Pay Commission of Rs, 9300 to 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- (Except Naib Tehsildar whose grade pay is Rs. 4200/-) to Rs. 15600 – 39100/- Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-.

How to fill the Uttar Pradesh APO Application Form
The UPPSC APO Application Process is a one-time registration process. It requires four steps to be followed. These steps have been mentioned below –
- Go to the official website of the UPPSC.
- Now do an OTR Registration by following the instructions provided there.
- Now open your OTR ID.
- Now, search for the “Click Here – online application button” on the home page.
- Now, you will be redirected to a new page. Here, click on the registration button.
- Now fill all the required credentials carefully.
- Recheck all the information provided by you.
- Now press the “submit” key.
- Now proceed with the final step that is making payment.
- Take a printout of the application form.
