1. Date and Timings of the Examination

Rajasthan Public Service Commission will organise the Assistant Prosecution Officer (Preliminary) Examination, 2026 (Home/Prosecution Department) on 02.09.2026 (Wednesday).
The examination will be conducted from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Candidates will be given an additional 10 minutes to fill 5th option in the OMR answer sheet.
2. Download Admit Card
Candidates may obtain information regarding the district allotted to them for the examination by logging into the SSO Portal on 26.08.2026 or any time thereafter.
The Rajasthan APO Admit Card 2026 will be uploaded on the Commission’s website and the SSO Portal on 30.08.2026. Candidates may download their admit cards well in advance from https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in/downloads .

3. Important instructions for entry to the examination centres
- Candidates will be allowed to enter into examination centre only up to 60 minutes prior the commencement of the examination. Thereafter, no candidate shall be permitted to enter.
- Admit Card: Candidates can download their admit card by clicking on the Admit Card link available on the Commission’s website RPSC website https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in/
- Candidates should enter their Application No. and Date of Birth to download the admit card.
- Alternatively, candidates can log in to Rajasthan SSO Portal and select the Recruitment Portal link available under Citizen Apps (G2C) to download the admit card for the concerned examination.
- Documents required at the examination centre
- Candidates must carry their original and valid coloured Aadhaar Card, preferably with the Aadhaar photo recently updated.
- If the photograph on the Aadhaar Card is not clear or is old, the candidate should carry another valid original photo identity document, such as : Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID Card containing a recent and clear colour photograph.
- Candidates must carry the same identity document to the examination centre.
- Candidates should also ensure that their recent and clear colour photograph is available on the admit card. The photograph should be clear enough for identification.
- Candidates are advised to carefully read the important instructions printed along with the admit card before appearing for the examination.
4. Warning issued by the RPSC
- Candidates appearing in examinations conducted by the Commission are warned against being involved in any kind of fraud, malpractice, misconduct or unfair means during the examination.
If anyone demands money from a candidate in exchange for getting him/her passed in the examination, or makes any other kind of inducement or promise, the candidate should immediately inform the Commission’s Control Room at: 0145-2635200, 2635255 and provide information regarding the matter.
- If a candidate is found using prohibited means or involved in unfair practices during the examination, action may be taken against such candidate under the Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2022, including debarment from appearing in examinations for up to 10 years, along with other applicable action.
5. Note for the Candidates
Candidates should not rely solely on Google Maps for locating the examination centre. Due to technical errors, the location of some examination centres may appear incorrectly on Google Maps. Therefore, candidates should physically verify the location of their examination centre at least one day before the examination, using the address/details given in the e-admit card.
