The All-India Bar Council has notified recently through a public notification that the Online Application form for AIBE 20 will soon be started by the next week. The AIBE XX Exam will take place on second or third week of the December 2025. Last year AIBE 19 Notification was released on 23 September, and the exam took place in December month.
The All-India Bar Examination (AIBE) is essential for those law graduates who desires to practice in any court throughout India. The examination notification will be uploaded on the official website along with all the relevant details related to the AIBE XX. Only those candidates will be eligible to apply for this exam who have a law degree from a recognized law university and are enrolled in the State Bar Council. Eligibility for AIBE XX Exam
A candidate must follow the following eligibilities in order to appear for AIBE XX Exam
- Candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in Article 5 and 6 of the Indian Constitution.
- Must be holder of Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Must be a registered lawyer under the Advocates Act, 1961.

About AIBE
AIBE is a national level exam conducted annually by the Bar Council of India. It is intended to assess law graduates’ suitability for advocacy practice in India. A Certificate of Practice (CoP) is issued by the Bar Council of India (BCI) to successful applicants.
